document included in the control infrastructure provided by Legislative Decree no. 231\/2001, constitutes an <strong>essential guide for all employees and collaborators<\/strong>, providing clear guidelines, control schemes, and measures to ensure, as far as possible, the prevention of criminal offenses and corrupt practices.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Together with the Code of Ethics, the Organization and Management Model defines the principles and guidelines of conduct towards both internal and external parties of the Company.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The monitoring and reporting of any violations are analyzed and evaluated by a third-party independent entity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-buttons
